Tasty Koji Garlic Bread

Savory, umami-rich, and perfectly golden — made with live fermented Koji Garlic & Onion for a next-level flavor boost.

Ingredients (for 1 small baguette or 4 slices)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp Tasty Koji Garlic and/or Tasty Koji Onion

1 tsp olive oil (optional for smoother spreading)

Optional garnish: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, chili flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix softened butter with Koji Garlic, Koji Onion, and olive oil until smooth.

Slice bread and spread the mixture generously on each piece.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

Optional: finish with parsley or grated cheese before serving.

Tip:

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

Also delicious on flatbread, grilled sandwiches, or as a crouton base.
