Koji Onion Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for fluffiness)
1 tsp Koji Onion
1 tsp butter or olive oil
Chopped chives or scallions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1.In a bowl, whisk eggs with Koji Onion, and milk or cream (if using) until evenly mixed.
2. Heat butter or oil over medium heat.
3. Pour in egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, pushing from edges toward the center.
4. Cook until soft and just set (slightly creamy). Remove from heat.
5. Top with chopped chives or scallions if desired. Serve immediately.
