Crispy Koji Garlic Potato Bites

Crisy Koji Garlic Potato Bites

Deeply savory, golden, and crisp on the outside — naturally seasoned with fermented Koji Garlic (and optional Koji Onion) for flavor you can’t replicate with salt alone.

Why it’s special:

Koji enzymes help create a golden crust + naturally bring out the potato’s sweetness

The Koji Garlic replaces traditional salt + seasoning — just one flavor-forward ingredient

Roasts into something between a French fry, hash brown, and a yakitori glaze — without being greasy or heavy

Can be sampled on toothpicks or served warm at events!

Ingredients (serves ~4 for tasting or small plates)

1 lb baby potatoes or Yukon Gold, cut into bite-size chunks

1½ tbsp Tasty Koji Garlic

1 tbsp neutral oil (avocado or Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Optional:

1 tsp Tasty Koji Onion for extra depth

Fresh herbs (thyme, scallion, parsley, or chives) for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss chopped potatoes with oil and Koji Garlic (and Koji Onion if using). Mix until evenly coated.

Spread on a parchment-lined sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Tip:

Koji will break down the carbohydrate, so don’t wait too long before putting it into the oven.
