Koji Tamari Avocado Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup warm rice

½ avocado, cubed

1 tbsp Koji Tamari

½ tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

½ tsp Spicy chili pepper (optional)

1 tbsp finely chopped scallion

2–3 slices of pickled vegetables such as radishes and cucumbers

Small handful of microgreens or sprouts

1 tsp shredded roasted seaweed (nori)

Instructions:

Add rice to a bowl and top with cubed avocado.

Drizzle with Koji Tamari and sesame oil.

Garnish with sesame seeds, scallion, pickled vegetables, microgreens, and nori.

Serve immediately.
