Koji Onion & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

A creamy, savory, umami-rich spread that takes 2 minutes to make — powered by live fermented Koji.

Ingredients

½ cup plain cream cheese (softened)

1 tbsp Tasty Koji Onion

1 tsp Tasty Koji Garlic

Optional: pinch of black pepper or chopped chives

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Taste and adjust — add more Koji Garlic for boldness or more Koji Onion for sweetness.

Chill or serve immediately.

How to Use:

Spread on bagels, toast, or crackers

Serve with crudités or roasted veggies

Use as a sandwich base or inside onigiri

Dollop onto baked potatoes or omelets
