Koji Lemon Dressing
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Koji Lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for body)
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together Koji Lemon, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard (if using).
Add black pepper to taste.
Shake or whisk until emulsified.
Use with:
Mixed greens
Steamed or roasted vegetables
Cold noodles or grain bowls
