Japanese BBQ Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

2tbsp Japanese Yakiniku BBQ Koji

1/4 tsp Sesame oil

1/4 tsp Toasted & Grounded sesame seeds

Optional: Shichimi Japanese pepper seasoning, or thinly sliced red chili pepper, or Jalapeno as needed

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and use as a steak sauce, dressing, or dipping sauce

Try it with:

Grilled vegetables such as eggplant, cabbage, onion, corn, and zucchini

Grilled steak, chicken, salmon, or tofu

Tips:

You can use it as a marinade for proteins as a tenderizer
