Koji Lemon Butter Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Koji Lemon

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Freshly cracked black pepper

Optional garnish: lemon slices, chopped fresh herbs, caper, and finelly grated permesian cheese.

Instructions:

Boil pasta of your choice to al dente.

Heat the pan and melt butter, olive oil, Lemon Koji and wisk. Toss pasta in the sauce and garnish or your choice.

Try it with:

Pasta or gnocchi

Eggplant or zucchini

Grilled chicken, salmon, or tofu
