Koji Umami Ramen Soup
A simple, nourishing ramen bowl with deep umami and gut-loving ingredients — no MSG, no preservatives, just real fermented flavor.
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Broth Base:
3 cups pasture-raised or grass-fed bone broth (beef, chicken, or pork) or vegetable broth
1-2 tsp Tasty Koji Garlic
1-2 tsp Tasty Koji Onion
1 tbsp Tasty Koji Tamari
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Noodles & Toppings:
2 servings ramen noodles (or rice noodles for gluten-free)
1 soft-boiled egg, halved
Sautéed mushrooms or leafy greens
Scallions, corn, or nori strips (optional)
Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, combine bone broth, Koji Garlic, Koji Onion, Koji Tamari, sesame oil, and ginger. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.
Divide noodles into bowls. Pour hot broth over.
Add toppings: soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, greens, scallions, or nori.
Serve warm. Feel free to slurp!
