Koji Lemon Roasted Salmon
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp Koji Lemon
1 tsp olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
Optional garnish: lemon slices, chopped scallion, or fresh herbs
Instructions:
Marinate: Rub Koji Lemon evenly over the salmon fillets. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake: Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
Garnish and serve: Top with lemon slices, scallion, or herbs if desired. Serve with rice, greens, or roasted veggies.
